If I join the mailing list will I receive an annoying amount of emails?
Yes, if twice a month is annoying. You'll receive invitations to our opening night parties and art fairs.
Is the gallery excepting submissions from artists and curators?
Yes. We invite everyone to follow us and interact with our posts on social media. We try to respond to all email submissions when time permits. If you require a response guarantee, do not submit your work.
How close is the gallery to the Ypres Train Station?
The gallery is a half-block from the Grote Markt and a 10 minute walk from the train/bus station.
Where can I park when I visit the gallery?
There's street parking in front. The Grote Markt has a large parking lot and is a 2 minute walk from the gallery.
Shipping and Packaging
When you purchase an item on our webshop you can choose to pick it up at the gallery or have us ship the item. If we need to ship the item, and the shipping cost is unknown, it automatically goes into a reservation queue. The gallery staff will address the item within 24-hours, providing the customer with a shipping solution. Frock Gallery will do everything it can to keep the cost low, but larger and/or fragile objects may need to be sent by a professional art handler. We will provide the customer with everything they need to know before they make a final payment.
We offer a variety of payment methods online: credit cards, Paypal, Klarna, Bankcontact and Bank Transfer. Your payment will be made using our secure, online platform whether it be through immediate check-out or a reservation and payment link.
If the gallery ships the item, we will send you the final cost of the item with shipping included. If it's necessary to use an art handler, we will put you in touch with our partner, Mtec. Mtec is a UK-based art handler with offices in Antwerp. They provide the most professional art transport available. They can be contacted by the customer directly to arrange the shipment of artworks from the gallery.
