Les formes de Hans sont créées en acier. Elles vont de l'organique au géométrique, de l'angulaire au voluptueux, du grand au petit, des couleurs vives au noir, au blanc ou au brut et au métallique. L'esthétique visuelle des sculptures tend à être légère et aérienne, mais elles ont tout le poids et l'autorité associés à l'acier. La vision artistique et le sens du design de Hans sont la force d'homogénéisation qui réunit tous ces opposés en un ensemble cohérent d'œuvres.
